Reset and Renew Cleanse

Anti-Aging and High-Intensity Interval Training

The American Heart Association recommends five days of cardio for 30 minutes for optimal cardiovascular health. Studies show that HIIT has an anti-aging effect at the cellular level that results from an increase in mitochondrial function and that just three, 20 minute HIIT workouts per week is as effective as working out for 30 minutes at a sustained pace 5 days a week.  Click here to view this issue.
