Reset and Renew Cleanse

People tend to have strong opinions about the practice of detoxification. The Institute of Functional Medicine defines it as follows:

Anti-Aging and High-Intensity Interval Training

The American Heart Association recommends five days of cardio for 30 minutes for optimal cardiovascular health. For people who struggle to sustain a consistent workout routine, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) may be a good solution. Studies show that HIIT has an anti-aging effect at the cellular level that results from an increase in mitochondrial function and that just three, 20 minute HIIT workouts per week is as effective as working out for 30 minutes at a sustained pace 5 days a week.  Click here to view this issue.
